Bespoke training and development

We have recently run a leadership and management development programme in collaboration with InPerspective Ltd of Bristol. 

This achieved improvements for a score of businesses in team working, organisational performance and personal effectiveness. See ‘The Value of Learning: A guidebook for managers’ for more information.

We regularly:

• devise targeted training programmes
• provide tailored content and delivery
• coach individuals to success
• give advice on entering for a training award

We worked with the InPerspective team, led by Anita Gulati to bring about transformational change among small care home providers, supporting managers in their personal development and learning, to make the shift from being merely managers to leaders. 

This work was carried out over a two year period on behalf of Skills for Care and involved the design of bespoke training.
