    Since training as a coach in 2004, Carolyn Hooker has clocked up hundreds of hours of corporate coaching with people in organisations in every sector.  Her coaching is fundamentally based on assisting managers to manage and to enable them to do it well.  With a background in Business Schools and a track record as a successful territory and account manager, she has the gravitas and the skills to coach effectively.

    Co-active coaching involves the client and the coach working together to create an agenda which is unique to the client. Performance coaching may form part of this.
